We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from The Kyiv Independent Store. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of receipt provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
